Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We ship North America with tracked delivery. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

### Shipping rates
Free shipping for order over CAD $40 or USD $30
Shipping costs (CAD $7, USD $5) are calculated at checkout.
### Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
### Customs and duties
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
### Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they have shipped. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
